The Johnny Ringo in these books is a fictional character who starts out as a young fast-on-the-draw bounty hunter. Through these seven books the reader sees him mature. He changes from a bounty hunter to a deputy U.S. Marshal to a special U.S. Marshal. Because of his fast-draw reputation he constantly has men challenging him. The collection came about when my friend, Dick Cobb, suggested that some readers might like to have all of the books in a series together.
